Baumhower’s Victory Grille to Donate 5% of Memorial Day Proceeds to the National Veterans Foundation

Loxley, AL – (May 22, 2018) – Aloha Hospitality, Inc., parent company of Baumhower’s Victory Grille, will honor our military heroes by donating 5% of their restaurant’s proceeds this Memorial Day, Monday, May 28th to the veteran service programs of the National Veterans Foundation

“We could never repay the sacrifices our veterans have made defending our freedoms, but we look for any opportunity we can to try to give back,” said Bob Baumhower, CEO of Aloha Hospitality. “We respect the work of the National Veterans Foundation and value our continued partnership with them!”

This past Veteran’s Day, Aloha Hospitality and its restaurants made their largest donation to the National Veterans Foundation yet, more than $5,000 in total.

In addition to their Memorial and Veterans Day support, all of Baumhower’s restaurants, including the fine-dining gem Dauphin’s in downtown Mobile, AL offer a 25% discount for all active duty military and first responders when dining in uniform and 10% off anytime with military ID – including our veterans!

The first of Baumhower’s restaurants was opened in 1981 and he has been in the hospitality industry ever since. “Baumhower’s and Aloha Hospitality have been an important partner in our work helping veterans for several years,” said National Veterans Foundation President & Founder Shad Meshad.  Bob Baumhower really cares about our troops and our vets and he demonstrates that every year with his continued support and fundraising efforts.”
