Baumhower’s Restaurant Supports NVF

Baumhower's Restaurant

Aloha Hospitality and Baumhower’s Restaurant has partnered with the National Veterans Foundation.

Baumhower’s Restaurant will be assisting in the “No One Left Behind” project.  This is a community campaign that will raise funds to support the “Lifeline for Vets” a vet-to-vet crisis and information hotline.

The partnership with Aloha Hospitality in Alabama will raise funds and awareness for the NVF’s Lifeline for Vets.  It will also provide job opportunities for local veterans in Aloha’s 14 restaurants throughout the state. The owner and CEO of Aloha Hospitality is former defensive lineman for the Alabama Crimson Tide and Miami Dolphins, Bob Baumhower. Aloha’s restaurants include Baumhower’s, Bimini Bob’s, Compleat Angler, and Bob’s Victory Grille.

On Memorial Day and Veterans Day 5 percent of sales at Baumhower’s Restaurants will be donated to the NVF. For every No One Left Behind project t-shirt sold Baumhower’s will donate $5.00 the the NVF.

“It is an honor to partner with the NVF and help courageous men and women that have sacrificed so much for our freedom,” said Baumhower. “We ask the community to help us as we work to create more stable futures for those who have given up so much for us.”

“We are so excited about this partnership with Bob and Aloha Hospitality,” said NVF Founder and President Shad Meshad. “I’m an Alabama boy originally. Alabama is a very patriotic state and the people there really care about our military and our veterans. This partnership will give patrons of Aloha’s restaurants an opportunity to support those men and women who have served and sacrificed so much for our country.”
