National Veterans Foundation

The NVF has lost one of our original board members, and a past Chairman of the Board. Bob “LT” Franco passed February 2, 2023, after a long illness. He was a colorful character, genuine, clear-headed in the field, protective of his men, and Shad’s closest friend in Vietnam. Their friendship only deepened over the many years since they served together. We’ll miss him.
