We are writing to make a donation in memory of our dear friend and former colleague, Joe Vitale. Before his retirement from the Office of SCAD, Strategic National Stockpile, we had the privilege of working alongside Joe, who was not only a valued coworker but also a cherished friend. His passing has left a void in our hearts that words cannot adequately express. During his time with us, Joe consistently exemplified dedication, kindness, and an unwavering commitment to his work and the people around him. His compassion was not only inspiring but also infectious, leaving a lasting impact on all of us who had the honor of knowing him.
